Analysis and characterisation of a range of synthetic biology products

The Foundry aims to establish a common framework for building DNA using an automated robotic system, which will enable synthetic biologists to scale up the volumes of DNA produced to more easily test their new function.

We offer a suite of high-throughput analytical equipment for metadata acquisition allowing characterisation and quantification across a range of biological products. Automated data acquisition includes transcriptomic, proteomic and metabolomics analysis of engineered biochemical and cellular activities.
